What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, including muscle, joint and arthritis-related pain.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor, preferably with or after food, and swallow with water. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised. Avoid taking other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Stomach pain or discomfort, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Use only on medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid excessive alcohol. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the last trimester, unless specifically prescribed.
