Composition:
Each tablet contains:

Domperidone Maleate – 10 mg, Naproxen – 250 mg

Description:
Domynap is a combination of Naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for pain and inflammation, and Domperidone, a prokinetic agent that helps prevent nausea and gastric discomfort commonly associated with NSAIDs. This combination provides effective relief from pain while reducing gastric side effects.

Uses:

Headache, migraine

Musculoskeletal pain

Dysmenorrhea

Dental & postoperative pain

Pain accompanied by nausea or gastric discomfort

Precautions:
Avoid in patients with gastric ulcers, severe liver or kidney disease.
Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised.
Do not use with other NSAIDs.
Stop if any allergic reaction, stomach pain, or bleeding occurs.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
