What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in conditions affecting the muscles, joints and bones, such as arthritis, sprains and other painful musculoskeletal conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and swelling. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing diclofenac, paracetamol or other painkillers unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Indigestion, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Avoid use or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver damage and stomach problems. Inform the doctor if pregnant, especially during the last three months, or if taking blood thinners or other regular medicines. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic symptoms, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
