Diltiazem Hydrochloride 60 mg

Description:
DTM 60 Tablet contains Diltiazem, a calcium channel blocker that relaxes vascular smooth muscles, reduces myocardial oxygen demand, and improves coronary blood flow. It is used for the management of hypertension, angina pectoris, and certain types of cardiac arrhythmias.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with heart failure, bradycardia, or conduction abnormalities.

Avoid abrupt discontinuation; taper dose gradually under medical supervision.

Monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly.

Use cautiously in hepatic or renal impairment.

Avoid concomitant use with beta-blockers unless advised by a physician.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation unless prescribed.

Adverse Effects:
Bradycardia, hypotension, dizziness, headache, flushing, nausea, constipation, and peripheral edema.
