Duoler Inhalers 200 Mdi (Inhaler) Levosalbutamol 50Mcg,Ipratrapium Bromide 20Mcg by Elder

What is it used for?
This combination is used to relieve and prevent narrowing of the airways in breathing conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It helps reduce wheezing, breathlessness and chest tightness.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways. Ipratropium reduces tightening of the airways, helping air flow more freely.

How to take/use it
Use only by inhalation with the prescribed device and follow the instructions provided by the doctor or device leaflet. Do not change the dose or frequency without medical advice. If breathing suddenly worsens or does not improve, seek urgent medical help.

Common side effects
Shakiness, nervousness, headache, fast heartbeat or palpitations, dry mouth, throat irritation and cough.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, prostate or urinary problems, diabetes, thyroid disease, or a history of medicine allergies. Avoid getting the medicine into the eyes. Seek medical help if severe eye pain, blurred vision, difficulty passing urine, allergic reactions or worsening breathing occurs.
