What is it used for?
This nebuliser solution helps relieve bronchospasm, wheezing and breathing difficulty in conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It relaxes narrowed airway muscles to make breathing easier.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol and ipratropium are bronchodilators. They relax the muscles around the airways through different actions, helping open the air passages.

How to take/use it
Use only by nebulisation and exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Follow the nebuliser device instructions carefully. Do not swallow or inject the solution, and do not change the dose or frequency without medical advice.

Common side effects
Trembling, nervousness, headache, dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, dizziness, nausea and fast or pounding heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, thyroid problems, diabetes or difficulty passing urine, including prostate problems. Avoid getting the mist in the eyes. Seek urgent medical help for severe or worsening breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, swelling or an allergic reaction. If breathing suddenly worsens after use, stop and seek medical advice immediately.
