What is it used for?
This combination is used to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain, such as body aches, headache, toothache, muscle pain and pain associated with colds.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever. Ibuprofen reduces pain, fever and inflammation by blocking the production of substances involved in these symptoms.

How to take/use it
Use only the dose and schedule directed on the product label or by a doctor, based on age and weight. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or ibuprofen unless advised by a healthcare professional. Use the measuring device supplied with the product if it is a liquid.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines. Seek medical advice before use in children with dehydration, asthma triggered by painkillers, stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver problems. Avoid use during pregnancy, especially the later months, unless prescribed. Stop use and seek urgent help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe rash, vomiting blood or black stools.
