Elbugesic Plus Tabs (20X15) Ibuprofen 400 Mg & Paracetamol 325 Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, muscle or body pain, menstrual pain, and pain associated with inflammation. It can also help reduce fever.

How does it work?
Ibuprofen reduces the production of substances that cause pain, swelling and fever. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever through a different action.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the package or by a doctor. Take with or after food and swallow with water if it causes stomach upset. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, dizziness or headache. Skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart problems, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to ibuprofen, paracetamol or other NSAIDs. Avoid excessive alcohol. Ask a doctor before use during pregnancy, especially in the last 3 months, or if taking blood thinners or other regular medicines. Stop and seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe allergic reactions, breathing difficulty or a serious skin rash.
