What is it used for?
This supplement provides calcium, vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc to help meet nutritional needs and support healthy bones and teeth. It may be used to help prevent or correct calcium and vitamin D deficiency, as advised by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Calcium and vitamin D3 support bone and tooth strength; vitamin D3 also helps the body absorb calcium. Magnesium and zinc support normal muscle, nerve and bone function.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional, with water. Do not take more than the recommended amount. If stomach upset occurs, taking it with food may help.

Common side effects
Constipation, nausea, stomach upset, abdominal discomfort, bloating or diarrhoea may occur. Excessive use may increase the risk of high calcium levels or kidney stones.

Precautions
Consult a healthcare professional before use if there is kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, high calcium levels, or other medical conditions. Calcium, magnesium and zinc can reduce the absorption of some medicines, including thyroid medicines, iron supplements and certain antibiotics; these may need to be taken at a different time. Inform a healthcare professional if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if taking other vitamin or mineral supplements.
