What is it used for?
This supplement provides calcium, vitamin D3 and B vitamins to support bone health and help prevent or correct nutritional deficiencies when dietary intake is inadequate or supplementation is recommended.

How does it work?
Calcium supports bones and teeth, while vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium. Methylcobalamin, methylfolate and pyridoxal 5-phosphate support normal nerve function and blood-cell formation.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Calcium carbonate is generally best taken with food. Do not exceed the recommended amount.

Common side effects
Constipation, gas, bloating, nausea or stomach discomfort may occur.

Precautions
Seek medical advice before use if there is kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, high calcium levels or other calcium or vitamin D supplements are being taken. Calcium can reduce the absorption of some medicines, including thyroid medicines, iron supplements and certain antibiotics; timing may need to be separated. Inform a doctor about all medicines and supplements being used.
