What is it used for?
This medicine is used to help improve appetite and support weight gain in people with poor appetite, when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Cyproheptadine can stimulate appetite and may also cause drowsiness. Tricholine provides choline, which supports normal fat metabolism.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed by the doctor or pharmacist. Shake the suspension well before use and measure it with a proper measuring device. Do not use a household spoon or take more than prescribed.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea and increased appetite may occur.

Precautions
This medicine may cause drowsiness; avoid driving and alcohol until its effects are known. Tell the doctor before use if there is glaucoma, difficulty passing urine, asthma, liver or kidney disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Inform the doctor about other medicines that cause sleepiness.
