Eldigesic Plus Tab (Al/Al) (20X10) Aceclo 100Mg,Para 325Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Aceclofenac 100 mg + paracetamol 325 mg is used to relieve pain and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by the doctor, preferably with or after food, and swallow with water. Do not take more than the recommended amount. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, only if specifically advised by a doctor.
