What is it used for?
This combination is used for temporary relief of a blocked or runny nose, sneezing and other nasal symptoms caused by the common cold or allergies.

How does it work?
Phenylephrine helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages and relieve congestion. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take it with other cold, allergy or decongestant medicines containing similar ingredients. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if it causes drowsiness.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dry mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, nervousness, headache, nausea or palpitations may occur.

Precautions
Use medical advice if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostate or urinary problems, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek advice before giving it to children. Stop use and seek medical help for severe palpitations, breathing difficulty or an allergic reaction.
