Each gram of cream contains:

Hydroquinone IP 2% w/w,Mometasone Furoate IP 0.1% w/w ,Tretinoin IP 0.025% w/w

Description:
Elosone-HT Cream is a triple combination dermatological formulation used for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.

Do not use on broken or eczematous skin.

Apply a thin layer once daily at night, or as directed by a physician.

Avoid excessive sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.

Long-term or unsupervised use may cause skin thinning, irritation, or rebound hyperpigmentation.

Adverse Effects:

Skin irritation, redness, or dryness

Burning or stinging sensation

Photosensitivity

Hypopigmentation or steroid-related skin changes (with prolonged use)

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
