Each gram of cream contains:

Silver Nitrate IP 0.20% w/w, Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP 0.20% w/w, Chlorocresol IP 0.12% w/w,Cream base q.s.

Description:
Entisep Burn Cream is a topical antiseptic and antimicrobial formulation designed for the prevention and treatment of burn wounds, cuts, and skin infections.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and deep puncture wounds.

Discontinue use if irritation, rash, or hypersensitivity develops.

Prolonged or excessive use may cause skin staining due to silver content.

Use with caution in patients allergic to silver compounds or chlorhexidine.

Not for use in extensive burns without medical supervision.

Use during pregnancy and lactation only if clearly indicated by a physician.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Mild burning or stinging sensation at the site of application.

Occasional: Skin discoloration, dryness, or local irritation.

Rare: Allergic contact dermatitis or hypersensitivity reaction.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
