What is it used for?
Fluconazole is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal and yeast infections, including infections affecting the mouth, throat, vagina, skin or other parts of the body. The exact infection and treatment duration depend on the doctor's diagnosis.

It stops fungi from making an essential part of their cell membrane. This prevents the fungi from growing and helps clear the infection.

How to take/use it

Precautions

Fluconazole can interact with several medicines, including some medicines for heart rhythm, blood thinning, seizures and diabetes.
