What is it used for?
Used to provide iron and help prevent or treat iron deficiency and iron-deficiency anaemia. The exact use depends on the product formulation and individual needs.

How does it work?
Iron is needed to make haemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen around the body. Replacing low iron can support healthy red blood cell production.

How to take/use it

Common side effects
