Composition:
Each tablet contains Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 180 mg as the active ingredient.

Uses:
Used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy nose or throat, and itchy or watery eyes. It is also used to relieve symptoms of chronic hives (urticaria), such as itching and skin rash.

How to Use:
Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily. Swallow the tablet whole with water, before or after food. Avoid taking it with fruit juices such as apple, orange, or grapefruit juice, as they may reduce its absorption.

Precautions & Warnings:
Do not use if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or are taking other medicines. Aluminium- or magnesium-containing antacids may reduce the absorption of fexofenadine; take them several hours apart.

Possible Side Effects:
Possible side effects include headache, nausea, dizziness, and tiredness. Stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical attention if you develop difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, or other signs of a severe allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Use during pregnancy only if prescribed by a doctor. Consult your doctor before taking fexofenadine while breastfeeding.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
