Fexocad M Tab (10X10) Fexofenadine 120 Mg + Montelukast 10 Mg By Cadila

What is it used for?
Used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (nasal allergy), such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery or itchy eyes.

How does it work?
Fexofenadine blocks histamine, a substance involved in allergy symptoms. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, chemicals that can contribute to inflammation and nasal congestion.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as prescribed. Do not take more than recommended. Avoid taking fexofenadine with fruit juices, and check with a pharmacist before using aluminium- or magnesium-containing antacids.

Common side effects
Headache, nausea, stomach discomfort, tiredness, or dizziness may occur. Sleepiness is possible but is generally less common with fexofenadine.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is kidney disease, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Stop the medicine and seek medical advice if unusual mood or behaviour changes, agitation, nightmares, depression, or suicidal thoughts occur. This medicine is not intended to treat a sudden asthma attack. Avoid driving if dizziness or sleepiness occurs.
