Composition:
Each dose contains Paracetamol 250 mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg + Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg + Sodium Citrate 60 mg + Ammonium Chloride 120 mg + Menthol 1 mg as active ingredients.

Uses:
Used for temporary relief of common cold and allergy symptoms, including fever, headache, body aches, blocked or runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, and cough with mucus.

How to Use:
Take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the product label. Use the measuring device provided for liquid formulations. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised.

Precautions & Warnings:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, liver or kidney problems, glaucoma, thyroid problems, asthma, or difficulty urinating.
