Clobetasol Propionate IP 0.05% w/w,Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP (20% w/v) equivalent to Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.20% w/w,Miconazole Nitrate IP 2% w/w,Neomycin Sulphate IP 0.5% w/w,Cream base q.s.

Description:
Fourderm Cream is a topical combination therapy used to treat various skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi.

It is commonly used in conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, fungal infections (ringworm, athlete’s foot), and bacterial superinfections.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or open wounds.

Do not use on broken or ulcerated skin without medical advice.

Prolonged use may cause skin thinning or local irritation.

Discontinue use if hypersensitivity or irritation occurs.

Not recommended for use in children without a doctor’s supervision.

Adverse Effects:
Local burning, itching, dryness, or irritation at the application site.
Long-term or excessive use may cause steroid-related side effects.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep the tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
