What is it used for?
This combination is mainly used to relieve nerve-related pain, such as burning, tingling or shooting pain caused by irritated or damaged nerves.

How does it work?
Gabapentin reduces abnormal nerve signals involved in pain. Nortriptyline changes certain chemical signals in the nervous system to help reduce nerve pain.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the tablet with water and do not change the dose or stop treatment suddenly without medical advice. It may cause sleepiness, so avoid driving until its effects are known.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, tiredness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, nausea and difficulty concentrating may occur.
