Description:

Glimikem-MP2 Tablet is an oral antidiabetic combination used in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM).
It combines three complementary agents — Glimepiride, Pioglitazone, and Metformin — to achieve better glycemic control by targeting multiple mechanisms of blood glucose regulation.

Warnings & Precautions:

Regularly monitor blood glucose and HbA1c levels.

Use with caution in elderly or cardiac patients.

Monitor for signs of hypoglycemia, weight gain, or fluid retention.

Periodic liver and kidney function tests are recommended.

Avoid excessive alcohol intake (risk of lactic acidosis due to metformin).

Adverse Effects:

Common: Hypoglycemia, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, edema, weight gain.

Less common: Lactic acidosis, hepatic dysfunction, anemia, visual disturbances.
