Description:

Glimikem MV1 Tablet is a triple combination oral antidiabetic formulation that combines Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose.
It is designed to provide comprehensive blood glucose control in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) by targeting multiple pathophysiological mechanisms—insulin secretion, insulin resistance, and postprandial glucose absorption.

Warnings & Precautions:

Monitor blood glucose and HbA1c regularly.

Risk of hypoglycemia, especially in elderly or undernourished patients.

Renal and hepatic function should be assessed before and during therapy.

Avoid alcohol consumption, which increases the risk of lactic acidosis (Metformin).

Temporary discontinuation advised during infection, surgery, or radiological contrast use.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Hypoglycemia, nausea, flatulence, diarrhea, abdominal pain.

Occasional: Headache, mild rash, dizziness.

Rare: Lactic acidosis (Metformin), hepatic dysfunction, allergic reactions.
