What is it used for?
Used to prevent or treat iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiencies, which can lead to anaemia and reduced red blood cell production.

How does it work?
It supplies iron, folic acid and vitamin B12, which the body needs to make haemoglobin and healthy red blood cells.

How to take/use it
Take only in the dose and for the duration advised by a doctor or stated on the label. Measure the liquid accurately using a measuring device. Do not take more than recommended.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort, constipation or diarrhoea, and dark-coloured stools may occur.

Precautions
Keep out of reach of children, as iron overdose can be dangerous. Do not self-treat anaemia without medical advice, particularly if its cause is unknown. Tell a doctor about any existing illness or other medicines being taken. Seek medical help if severe stomach pain, repeated vomiting, allergic reactions or accidental overdose occurs.
