What is it used for?
Used as an adjunct in liver and bile-flow related digestive problems, including indigestion associated with impaired liver function. It may also help relieve constipation because it contains sorbitol.

How does it work?
Tricholine supports bile formation and fat metabolism. Sorbitol draws water into the bowel, helping soften stools and promote bowel movements.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as directed by a doctor or as stated on the product label. Measure the liquid accurately and do not exceed the recommended amount. Drink adequate fluids unless fluid restriction has been advised.

Common side effects
Loose stools or diarrhoea, stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, and increased gas may occur.

Precautions
Use cautiously in diabetes because sorbitol may affect blood sugar. Do not use for persistent constipation, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or suspected intestinal blockage without medical advice.
