What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and other painful inflammatory conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor, preferably with or after food, and swallow with water. Do not take more than the prescribed amount or combine it with other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs unless advised.

Common side effects
Stomach upset, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or if taking blood thinners. Avoid excessive alcohol. Avoid use during pregnancy, particularly in the last three months, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a serious skin rash.
