What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle and joint conditions, sprains, strains, arthritis, and after some dental or surgical procedures.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce swelling.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a healthcare professional, preferably with or after food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take additional medicines containing paracetamol or other painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Use with caution or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol. Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy, and seek medical advice during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek urgent help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, or swelling of the face or throat.
