What is it used for?
Used to relieve painful muscle and joint conditions, especially when muscle spasm, swelling or inflammation is present.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally to help relax painful muscle spasms.

How to take/use it
Use only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take more than prescribed. Avoid alcohol and driving or operating machinery if it causes dizziness or drowsiness. Do not take it with other paracetamol-containing medicines or painkillers such as diclofenac or other NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, heartburn, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness and drowsiness.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid during pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks and in the last trimester, unless specifically prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, breathing difficulty, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or severe abdominal pain.
