What is it used for?
Used to relieve painful muscle spasms and musculoskeletal pain, such as back pain, sprains and strains, and other painful muscle or joint conditions.

How does it work?
Diclofenac and paracetamol help reduce pain, while chlorzoxazone helps relax painful, tight muscles. Diclofenac also reduces inflammation.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor. Avoid driving if it causes dizziness or drowsiness.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache. Liver enzyme changes may also occur.

Precautions
Do not use without medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver problems and drowsiness. Inform the doctor if pregnant, especially during the last three months, breastfeeding, or taking blood thinners or other painkillers. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, yellowing of the eyes or skin, or breathing difficulty.
