What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, including body aches, muscle or joint pain, dental pain and pain with fever, when prescribed by a doctor.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or with other painkillers such as ibuprofen or aspirin unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache.

Precautions
Use only after medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or pregnancy—especially the last 3 months. Avoid or limit alcohol. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe skin rash.
