What is it used for?
This medicine is used for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling, such as muscle or joint pain, dental pain, or pain after an injury or procedure.

How does it work?
Diclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase is used to help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist, preferably with or after food, and swallow it with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing diclofenac or paracetamol unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Stomach upset, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness or headache may occur. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe skin rash.

Precautions
Use only after medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or a bleeding disorder. Tell the doctor if taking blood thinners or other painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless specifically prescribed.
