What is it used for?
This combination is used in adult men to treat erectile dysfunction (difficulty getting or keeping an erection) and premature ejaculation.

How does it work?
Sildenafil improves blood flow to the penis when there is sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. Dapoxetine affects serotonin activity and can help delay ejaculation.

How to take/use it
Take only in the dose and at the time prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water and do not take it more often than prescribed. It does not increase sexual desire and works only with sexual stimulation. Avoid excessive alcohol.

Common side effects
Headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, blocked nose, nausea, diarrhoea, dry mouth and visual changes may occur.

Precautions
Do not use with nitrate medicines for chest pain or riociguat, as this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Tell the doctor about heart disease, low blood pressure, fainting, liver problems, or medicines for blood pressure, depression or other mental health conditions. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, fainting, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours.
