Chlorhexidine Gluconate – 0.3% w/v , Cetrimide – 0.6% w/v , Purified water, preservatives, and other excipients q.s.

Description:

Intalon Liquid is a broad-spectrum topical antiseptic combining:

Chlorhexidine Gluconate, which has persistent bactericidal action by binding to bacterial membranes and causing leakage;

Cetrimide, a quaternary ammonium antiseptic that disrupts microbial cell membranes.

This dual-action formula effectively cleanses and disinfects wounds, cuts, abrasions, and ulcerated or infected skin, helping prevent infection and promoting healing. 

Precautions:

For external use only. 

Avoid contact with eyes, ears, and mucous membranes; rinse immediately if this occurs. 

Do not swallow. 

Use diluted if advised: for wound irrigation, one part Intalon to three parts clean water. 

May cause skin irritation in some individuals — perform a patch test if needed.

Avoid using under airtight dressings unless recommended by a doctor. 

Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine or cetrimide.

Use with caution in children.

Keep out of reach of children.

Adverse Effects:

Transient skin irritation, burning, or stinging on application. 

Rare allergic reactions.

May cause slight staining of fabrics.

Storage:

Store at below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. 

Keep the bottle tightly closed.
