What is it used for?
Used to prevent or treat dehydration caused by diarrhoea, vomiting, or excessive fluid loss by replacing lost water and salts.

How does it work?
It contains water, salts, and glucose. These help the body absorb fluids and restore the balance of water and electrolytes.

How to take/use it
Drink as directed on the product label. Take small, frequent sips, especially if feeling nauseous. Do not dilute or mix with other drinks unless the label instructs otherwise. Once opened, follow the storage and use instructions on the pack.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, or mild bloating may occur, particularly if consumed too quickly.

Precautions
Seek medical help if there are signs of severe dehydration, such as very little urine, extreme weakness, confusion, or drowsiness. Medical advice is also needed for persistent vomiting or diarrhoea, blood in the stool, high fever, or if the person cannot drink.
