Description:

Itroll Novo 100 Capsule contains Itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal agent.
It is used to treat superficial and systemic fungal infections affecting the skin, nails, mouth, throat, and internal organs.
Itraconazole works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, leading to disruption of cell integrity and death of the fungal organism.

Warnings & Precautions:

Monitor liver function during prolonged use.

Use cautiously in renal or hepatic impairment.

Avoid during pregnancy and lactation unless necessary.

Drug interactions are common; review concurrent medications before prescribing.

Discontinue use if signs of hepatotoxicity or allergic reaction occur.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, mild rash.

Less common: Dizziness, fatigue, diarrhea, transient liver enzyme elevation.
