Description:

Itroll Novo 200 Capsule contains Itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal agent.
It is used to treat a variety of systemic and superficial fungal infections by inhibiting the growth of fungi responsible for infections of the skin, nails, mouth, throat, and internal organs.
Itraconazole works by blocking ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, leading to cell death.

Warnings & Precautions:

Monitor liver function before and during prolonged therapy.

Use caution in renal or hepatic impairment.

Avoid use in pregnancy unless absolutely necessary; may be used in lactation only if benefits outweigh risks.

May interact with many medications — always review concurrent drug use.

Discontinue immediately if symptoms of liver dysfunction (e.g., jaundice, dark urine) occur.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, headache, mild rash.

Occasional: Dizziness, diarrhea, fatigue, elevated liver enzymes.

Rare: Hepatitis, congestive heart failure, anaphylactic reactions, peripheral neuropathy.
