Composition:
Each tablet contains Chloramphenicol 500 mg as the active ingredient.

Uses:
Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic used to treat certain serious bacterial infections when other suitable antibiotics are ineffective or inappropriate. Its use is restricted because of the risk of serious adverse effects.

How to Use:
Take Chloramphenicol exactly as prescribed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food, as directed. Complete the prescribed course unless your doctor advises otherwise. Do not use it for viral infections such as the common cold or flu.

Precautions & Warnings:
Do not use if you are allergic to chloramphenicol or any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, blood disorders, or a history of bone marrow problems. Chloramphenicol can rarely cause serious blood disorders, so your doctor may recommend blood tests during treatment. Do not self-medicate.
