Description:

Kemorose ASP Capsule is a fixed-dose combination of Rosuvastatin (a lipid-lowering statin) and Aspirin (an antiplatelet agent).
This combination is designed to provide dual cardiovascular protection by reducing cholesterol levels and preventing blood clots, making it beneficial in patients at risk of heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD).

Warnings & Precautions:

Use with caution in elderly and renal impairment.

Monitor for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding or muscle pain/weakness (possible statin-induced myopathy).

Avoid concomitant use with anticoagulants, NSAIDs, or alcohol due to increased bleeding risk.

Regular monitoring of liver enzymes and creatine kinase (CK) levels is recommended.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, muscle pain, abdominal discomfort, nausea, acidity.

Occasional: Dizziness, constipation, fatigue.

Rare but serious: Myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, liver dysfunction, gastric bleeding, or ulceration.
