Description:

Kemorose CV 10 Capsule is a fixed-dose combination of Rosuvastatin (a lipid-lowering statin) and Clopidogrel (an antiplatelet agent).
This dual-action formulation helps in the management and prevention of cardiovascular diseases by reducing cholesterol levels and preventing blood clots in high-risk patients.

Warnings & Precautions:

Monitor liver enzymes, creatine kinase (CK), and bleeding signs periodically.

Use caution in patients with renal impairment, thyroid disorders, or alcohol abuse.

Discontinue before major surgery or dental procedures to reduce bleeding risk.

Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP2C19 inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole).

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, muscle pain, dyspepsia, abdominal discomfort.

Occasional: Dizziness, nausea, rash.

Rare but serious: Myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, liver enzyme elevation, gastrointestinal bleeding, thrombocytopenia.
