Description:

Kemorose F Tablet is a lipid-lowering combination medication containing Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate.
It is used to reduce elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels, helping to prevent atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke in patients with mixed dyslipidemia or hyperlipidemia unresponsive to monotherapy.

Warnings & Precautions:

Monitor liver function tests (LFTs) and creatine kinase (CK) periodically.

Caution in patients with renal dysfunction, hypothyroidism, or alcohol abuse.

Discontinue if myopathy, muscle pain, or weakness occurs.

Avoid concurrent use with other fibrates or high-dose statins to reduce risk of rhabdomyolysis.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, abdominal pain, muscle pain, weakness, nausea.

Occasional: Elevated liver enzymes, flatulence, rash.

Rare: Myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, gallstones, pancreatitis.
