Ketokem Cream (15G) (15 G) Ketoconazole 2% By Alkem

Composition:
Ketoconazole 2% w/w as the active ingredient.

Uses:
Used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, and fungal infections causing itching, redness, or scaling. It may also be used for seborrheic dermatitis, depending on the formulation.

How to Use:
Apply a thin layer to the affected and surrounding skin as directed by your doctor. Wash and dry the area before application. Wash your hands before and after use, unless the affected area is the hands. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and inside of the nose.

Precautions & Warnings:
For external use only. Do not apply to broken or severely irritated skin unless advised by your doctor. Stop using and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling, or an allergic reaction occurs. Use for the full prescribed duration even if symptoms improve earlier.

Possible Side Effects:
Common side effects may include burning, stinging, itching, redness, dryness, or irritation at the application site. These are usually mild and temporary. Seek medical advice if severe or persistent skin reactions occur.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using Ketoconazole 2%. Avoid applying it to the breast or nipple area immediately before breastfeeding unless specifically advised.

Storage:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
