What is it used for?
This topical medicine is used to treat fungal infections of the skin. It may help relieve symptoms such as itching, redness and scaling caused by fungal infection.

How does it work?
Ketoconazole stops the growth of fungi by damaging their cell membranes. Cetrimide acts as an antiseptic and helps reduce microorganisms on the skin.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply to the affected area as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Keep the area clean and dry, and wash hands before and after use. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other mucous membranes.

Common side effects
Mild burning, stinging, itching, redness, dryness or irritation at the application site.

Precautions
Do not use if allergic to ketoconazole, cetrimide or any ingredient. Avoid applying to the eyes or severely damaged skin. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling, rash or worsening symptoms occur.
