What is it used for?
Used to relieve productive (phlegmy) cough and chest congestion, especially when cough is associated with wheezing or tightening of the airways.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help loosen and clear mucus from the airways. Levosalbutamol relaxes the airway muscles, helping improve breathing and wheezing.

How to take/use it
Use only as directed by a doctor or according to the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not self-medicate for persistent cough or breathing difficulty.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, tremor or shakiness, muscle cramps, fast heartbeat and palpitations.

Precautions
Use with medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, seizures or low potassium levels. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, especially other bronchodilators or beta-blockers. Seek urgent medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain or a very fast or irregular heartbeat. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
