What is it used for?
Used to relieve a wet or productive cough with mucus, especially when it is associated with wheezing or breathing difficulty caused by narrowed airways. Use it only for the condition for which it has been prescribed.

How does it work?
Ambroxol helps thin and loosen mucus, while guaiphenesin helps clear mucus from the airways. Levosalbutamol relaxes the airway muscles and helps improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Take or use exactly as directed by the doctor or as stated on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended amount or use it for longer than advised. Do not share this medicine with others.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, headache, dizziness, tremors, nervousness, muscle cramps, or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures, or a history of sensitivity to any ingredient. Seek medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction. Consult a doctor if the cough worsens or does not improve.
