What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of cough, blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose and sneezing associated with cold symptoms.

How does it work?
Dextromethorphan helps suppress coughing. Phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine helps relieve runny nose and sneezing.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other cough, cold or allergy medicines without medical advice.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, nervousness or difficulty sleeping. Phenylephrine may cause a fast heartbeat or increased blood pressure.

Precautions
Avoid alcohol and be careful when driving or operating machinery, as drowsiness or dizziness may occur. Consult a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostate or urinary problems, or if taking antidepressants or other regular medicines.
