What is it used for?
Used to loosen and clear thick mucus and relieve cough associated with narrowed airways or wheezing in respiratory conditions.

How does it work?
Ambroxol helps thin mucus, while guaiphenesin helps loosen and expel phlegm. Levosalbutamol relaxes the airway muscles, helping improve airflow.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as directed by a doctor or the product label. Use a measuring device for the liquid and do not exceed the recommended amount. Shake well before use if indicated on the label.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, tremor, muscle cramps, fast heartbeat or palpitations may occur.

Precautions
Use cautiously in people with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, seizures or sensitivity to bronchodilator medicines. Seek medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction. Consult a doctor if the cough worsens or does not improve.
