What is it used for?
Used to relieve cough with mucus and chest congestion, especially when airway narrowing causes wheezing or breathing difficulty.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus so it can be coughed up more easily. Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles of the airways to help improve breathing.

How to take/use it
Shake well before use and measure with a medicine cup or oral syringe. Take only the dose and for the duration recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach upset, headache, trembling, muscle cramps, fast heartbeat or palpitations.

Precautions
Use only under medical advice if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, glaucoma or a history of seizures. Seek medical help for severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, a very fast or irregular heartbeat, or an allergic reaction. Consult a doctor if the cough persists or worsens.
