What is it used for?
Used to help restore healthy bacteria in the intestine and support recovery from diarrhoea or loose motions, including diarrhoea that may occur after antibiotic use.

How does it work?
It supplies beneficial lactic acid-producing bacteria that help support the normal balance of microorganisms in the intestine.

How to take/use it
Take as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. Do not mix with very hot drinks or food. Drink plenty of fluids if experiencing loose motions.

Common side effects
Mild gas, bloating or stomach discomfort may occur.

Precautions
Seek medical advice for severe or persistent diarrhoea, blood in the stool, high fever, signs of dehydration or severe abdominal pain. People with severely weakened immunity or serious illness should use probiotics only after medical advice.
