What is it used for?
Used to relieve breathing difficulty, wheezing and chest tightness caused by narrowing of the airways in conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It helps open the airways and improve airflow.

How does it work?
Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways, while ipratropium reduces airway muscle tightening. Together, they help widen the airways and make breathing easier.

How to take/use it
Use only as prescribed and follow the instructions for the inhaler or other device provided. Use the correct technique, do not exceed the prescribed amount, and seek medical advice if breathing problems worsen or do not improve.

Common side effects
Shakiness, nervousness, headache, dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, nausea, muscle cramps, fast heartbeat or palpitations.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, prostate or urinary problems, diabetes, or thyroid disease. Avoid getting the medicine into the eyes. Seek urgent medical help for severe worsening of breathing, chest pain, severe palpitations, eye pain or blurred vision, or an allergic reaction.
